Simplefun2025(이하 “개발자”)는 Me Palette(이하 “서비스”) 제공 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스 이용 과정에서 처리될 수 있는 정보와 그 처리 목적, 이용자 권리 등을 안내합니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
개발자는 서비스 안정성 향상(오류 분석/버그 수정) 목적에서 아래 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
2-1. 오류/진단 정보(자동 수집)
서비스에서 오류(크래시)가 발생했을 때, 다음과 같은 진단 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
- 앱 오류/크래시 로그(스택 트레이스 등)
- 기기 및 앱 환경 정보(예: OS 버전, 기기 모델, 앱 버전, 언어/지역 설정 등)
- 오류 발생 시각 및 오류 재현에 도움이 되는 최소한의 이벤트 정보
개발자는 오류 분석에 불필요한 정보(예: 사용자 입력 내용, 메시지 내용 등)를 수집하지 않도록 노력합니다.
2-2. 계정/로그인 정보
서비스는 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 회원가입/프로필 등 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 정보의 이용 목적
수집된 정보는 다음 목적에 한해 이용됩니다.
- 앱의 오류 분석, 안정성 개선, 버그 수정
- 서비스 품질 및 보안 강화
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
개발자는 오류/진단 정보를 오류 모니터링 서비스 제공업체를 통해 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 수탁사: Sentry (Sentry.io)
- 위탁 업무: 앱 크래시/오류 이벤트 수집·저장·분석 및 알림 제공
- 이전되는 정보: 본 방침 2-1의 오류/진단 정보
- 보관/처리: 수탁사의 시스템에서 안전하게 처리되며, 개발자는 서비스 제공 목적 범위 내에서만 이용합니다.
5. 보관 및 삭제
- 오류/진단 정보는 서비스 안정성 개선을 위해 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 목적 달성 후에는 지체 없이 삭제 또는 익명화 처리합니다(운영 정책 및 관련 법령에 따라 보관 기간이 달라질 수 있음).
6. 정보의 보안
개발자는 정보 보호를 위해 합리적인 보안 조치를 적용합니다.
- 전송 구간 암호화 등 안전한 통신 적용(가능한 경우)
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 내부 관리 절차 운영

Simplefun2025 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Me Palette (the “Service”), why we process it, and how to contact us.

We process data solely to improve app stability (crash analysis and bug fixing).
2.1 Crash & diagnostic data (automatically collected)
When the Service crashes or encounters an error, we may collect:
- Crash logs and stack traces
- Device and app environment data (e.g., OS version, device model, app version, locale)
- Timestamp and minimal context needed to diagnose the crash
We strive not to collect content that is unnecessary for diagnostics (e.g., message content or user-generated content).
2.2 Accounts / login
The Service does not provide login features and does not directly collect account/profile personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected data only to:
- Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- Improve stability, quality, and security of the Service
4. Service Providers
We may use a third-party service provider to process crash & diagnostic data:
- Provider: Sentry (Sentry.io)
- Purpose: Collecting, storing, and analyzing crash/diagnostic events and notifications
- Data: Crash & diagnostic data described in Section 2
5. Retention
We retain crash & diagnostic data only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and improving the Service, then delete or anonymize it, subject to operational needs and applicable laws.

We apply reasonable safeguards such as secure transmission where applicable and access controls.
